21st Century Students
21st Century Learning
Twenty-first century learning must include basic subjects such as math, science, social studies and English. However, because our students are digital natives, technology must be incorporated into teacher’s lessons. The 21st century learner wants to be engaged in their classrooms. They want to be a part of their learning process. Twenty-first century learning needs to allow students to create, communicate and collaborate within their classroom, within their school, and within the world. Twenty-first century learners use technology to do all of these things. Without technology, the twenty-first century learner is confined to the four walls of the classroom and then they cease to be a 21st century learner.
